Clubhouse Reservation Application

To reserve the clubhouse or grounds for a function please fill out this form and click submit. After the House Captain reviews/approves your request, he/she will add it to the official club calendar. You will also get an email confirmation that your event was approved. All reservations MUST go through the House Captain. You must be a member in good standing to reserve the clubhouse. It will be your responsibility to leave the house and grounds clean. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee. Private parties must provide their own paper goods/utensils/plastic cups. Reserving member must be present with guests at all times. Amplified music (bands or DJs only) must have prior LYSA Board approval and require a sound permit available through Merced County Parks and Recreation for a fee. Confirmation of permit must be submitted to House Captain prior to event. By clicking the "submit form" button you agree to these terms and conditions.
